Karen Blair Cakes

Beautiful and REALLY tasty wedding cakes! Due to Covid we had two weddings and Karen Blair made both. I showed her some pictures of the ideas I had and she created them. They looked AMAZING!! They also tasted UNREAL. 100% recommend!

Along with many nice things that I had on my 70th birthday I received a cake that my granddaughter ordered from you. What a thrill! The care and attention to the detail on the cake was superb and the cake itself was delicious. The small details like the extra candles and even adhesive in case the soldier needed re-sticking was a personal touch not seen very often these days. Well done to you and may your business enjoy ongoing success in the future.

Visited this place and chose a selection of pastries brownies and biscuits. All items were excellent, would highly recommend, they nailed the brownies. Had a coffee to go, and was brilliant also.

What a wonderful little cafe. Staffed by the friendliest people serving great cake (if a little too moorish, so watch out for your waistline if you are there often) The millionaires shortbread and Brownie are just amazing. Great value too.

Recently back in Leicester after many years and got talking to the gentleman that runs Scruffy Toms on Knighton park and he was telling me about this cafe as I asked about the biscuits, I had an Oreo one and it was great! (The lattes are incredible too) So I walked down to the cafe today and it's really cosy looking, got served by a young gentleman, I think he is a little shy or lacking confidence but despite this he was very polite and attentive. I got an iced latte and and a biscoff millionaire and they were absolutely incredible, the biscoff millionaire is on another level! And the iced latte is one of the best I've ever had :) Will definitely visit again, and take my friends when they visit from Nottingham

My partner and I have gone to Karen Blair Cakes for our wedding cake next year! Karen was absolutely amazing at the consultation and gave us a variety of cakes to try. We had a few ideas of what we wanted, but nothing too specific and Karen was so lovely and helped guide us through it all. Nothing was too much trouble! We have tried our cake and know it will be amazing. She has really tailored the design of it to us, our venue and our personalities. So excited to have our wedding cake next March - we know it will be incredible! xx

Fantastic customer service. Our neighbours had a cake made from here and it was absolutely delicious. Karen Blair also sells cakes at the counter - the lemon drizzle is incredible! I can also recommend her cupcakes, biscoff square and brownies! Thanks so much we will back regularly when you start up with sandwiches and coffee!!

Fabulous offerings at Karen Blair Cakes here in Knighton Leicester. Everything is freshly baked and the cakes, bread and coffee are mouth watering! Lovely little shop situated in the small row of businesses in Meadvale Road and Karen and her staff are so nice. I will be paying a visit very soon for a cracking slice of something delicious and a cracking cappuccino! Best wishes to Karen and her staff, keep up the great work !
